Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of state-of-the-art technology projects across our organization. You will drive projects forward, enabling our teams to meet ambitious goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

You will be working in a group with highly motivated people.
Within this group, you will ensure that current projects are successfully completed and that new projects are structured and managed correctly. During this process, you will have the opportunity to help shape the project management strategy of the company allowing you to grow further in your role.

IMSystems is a fast-growing and energetic deep-tech scale-up, active in the robotics & automation industry. The company was founded in 2016 as a spin-out from the Delft University of Technology. We are a well-funded company with partners & investors from the robotics and automotive industry. Our goal is to revolutionize the tech industry by bringing our novel solution ‘the Archimedes Drive’ to the market.

Qualifications:
The following qualifications are preferred:

Education:

• Technical Degree (BA) in a related industry field or equivalent experience.

• Mechanical, Electrical or Control Engineering

• Technical Project Management

Experience:

• 3+ years in project management, preferably in a tech environment.

• High Tech Start-up/Scale-up

• Robotics Manufacturer and/or Supplier

• Bonus: Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.)

A degree is not strictly essential for this role; a strong track record within the industry without the technical degree can be considered, provided you can demonstrate the ability to grasp key technical requirements quickly & correctly. A degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or control engineering) combined with industry-specific experience will be valuable & is preferred.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities are:

· Lead end-to-end project management for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

·        Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

·        Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks proactively.

·        Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.

·        Structure project proposals based on external and internal input.

Skills:

·      Written and verbal communication skills
needed for communicating with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
